Find our the terms of use of Sastra Film App. Sastra Film App is a Video on Demand (VDO) streaming platform which bring all of Sastra Media exclusive ads-free content. The Terms and Conditions below clarifies how to use our service.
1. Sastra Film Membership Information
1.1
You can subscribe Sastra Film membership to access movies, drama series, short films and TV shows exclusively produced by Sastra Film production which are streamed over the internet to your mobile phone, tablets, Internet-connected TVs, computers, and other supported devices.
1.2
In order to use Sastra Film, you must access to internet with your device and provide us with current valid Payment Method accepted by Sastra Film. After you choose a membership plan, Sastra Film is authorized to charge your Payment Method monthly unless you cancel your membership before your billing date. If your Payment Method can’t be charged by Sastra Film before the end of the membership billing date, your membership will end. You can resume your membership through the new payment method.
1.3
Currently, Sastra Film offers two different membership plans such as Basic Plan and Premium Plan. However, we reserve the right to change, or offer special promotion with different conditions. We will inform you any change through notification in electronic form via our App, official Facebook Page, and Website.
1.4
Sastra Film membership is offered for 18 years old adult and above. If your age is under 18 years old, you have to use the service under adult’s consent.
2. Payment and Billing Information
2.1
By subscribing our membership plan, you must provide us your current valid Payment Method accepted by Sastra Film’s Payment Methods. Sastra Film will charge you a membership fee in USD currency according to your Basic or Premium Membership plan. You will be required to pay for the membership fee at the starting date of subscription the membership and we are authorized for recurring billing unless you cancel your membership before billing date. We will sent you invoice, confirmation and notification in electronic form only.
2.2
We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or unwatched Sastra Film content after you make payment using your own Payment Methods or on behalf of the owner.
2.3
Sastra Film allows you to cancel your membership at any time. After cancellation, you can continue to access Sastra Film service till the end of your billing date. You can cancel your membership through your account via our app and website. If you subscribe Sastra Film membership via third party account, you need to cancel through the third party account.
3. Copyright and Technical Information
3.1
All Satra Film content copyright has been protected by Cambodia Intellectual Property Law. You can watch our content for personal use only. You have no right to use our content for commercial use or public display. You can temporary download for personal offline viewing according to our conditions and limitations but you have no right to sale, distribute, publish, or reproduce Sastra Film content or other acts without any written consent from Sastra Film. You also have no right to remove, use any robot, or other automated means to interrupt or destroy the functionality of Sastra Film service
3.2
Sastra Film’s content can be used in the countries or locations where we have licensed to offer the content.
3.3
Sastra Film offers Full HD 1080 for our content quality. However, the quality could be different according to various factors including your internet speed and device.
3.4
By sign up for Sastra Film membership account, you are responsible for any activity occurred through your account. You should not reveal the password or detail of the payment method to anyone for your own safety of use.
3.5
Sastra Film service may not be uninterrupted or error-free, however, we will update and solve the problem in a prompt manner for our member from time to time. For any assistance support, please contact us through our customer service.
3.6
The terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Cambodia. We reserve the right to change and update the terms and conditions from time to time. We will sent you notification via App, Facebook Page, and Website.
